Membership is free, subject to approval, and required for participation in Playmaker events and programs.
Parents/Guardians: Please make sure to apply using your email address (event announcements and communications will go there) and not your Playmaker Pup's email. If you have more than one pup, they will need a separate application and you must use a unique email for each membership application.

Verify you are a real person by clicking the “I am not a Robot” checkbox (you may be challenged with an additional picture test).
Click “Continue”.
Enter your pup's name and address.
Enter your (parent/guardian) phone number.
Select your local chapter.
Enter parent/guardian name.
Let us know if you’re interested in volunteering at events by checking the appropriate box.
Tell us a bit about your pup(s) so we can get to know more about your family.
Let us know if you or your pup(s) belong to or were referred by an affiliate organization. If your organization is not listed, select “other” from the drop down menu and fill in the name of the organization below. If you are not affiliated, select “none”.
Select “Next”
You will then receive a message that your membership application is pending review. You’ll get an email once your membership is approved.
