MISSION

Harrison’s Playmakers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation committed to coaching and mentoring children facing social, physical, and economic challenges.

Our mission is to positively shape and empower young lives, fostering lasting positive impacts through dedicated mentorshipLed by Harrison Phillips and a dedicated team of volunteers, sponsors, and community partners, we strive to be a beacon of support for those who need it most.

VISION
At Harrison’s Playmakers, we envision a world where every child, regardless of social, physical, or economic challenges, is empowered to overcome obstacles and thrive. Our vision is to create a community of resilient, confident, and compassionate individuals who embody the values of social inclusion, physical fitness, healthy living, self-worth, and respect for others. Through mentorship, we aim to instill pride in oneself and one's community, fostering an understanding that celebrating others' successes and embracing failure as a part of growth are essential components of a fulfilling life.

Who we serve
We are dedicated to serving young people from diverse backgrounds, including those with developmental differences, individuals at risk of being lost in the system, those facing difficult circumstances, and other special needs.
Community Engagement
In collaboration with various community organizations, we bring together young people from diverse backgrounds to learn, share, and have fun in a safe and respectful environment. Our extensive network of supporters includes the Buffalo Bills, Minnesota Vikings, NFL, local high schools, state, county, and local police, firefighters, first responders, volunteers, generous sponsors and donors, as well as Harrison’s teammates, both former and current. Through community engagement, we aim to create a supportive ecosystem that uplifts and empowers every child we serve.
Empowering Youth through Mentorship

We actively promote social inclusion, kindness (such as paying it forward), physical fitness, and healthy living. Our mentorship programs focus on instilling self-worth, respect for others, pride in oneself and one's community, and the importance of embracing both success and failure as integral parts of personal growth.

We offer year-round programs and activities affording kids opportunities to play sports and share experiences they would likely not otherwise have. We help kids find courage, make new friends, be part of a team, increase their physical fitness, feel the joy and spirit of healthy competition, and that regardless of their different abilities, they can always find a way to help others. We give back to the community through our pay-it-forward initiatives.
